The Kansas City Chiefs are on top of the world right now.
Andy Reid’s team is starting ‘dynasty’ talk after winning their second Super Bowl in the past four years, with three trips to the ultimate stage and five straight AFC Championship Game appearances.
The Chiefs have been consistently good and dominant since Patrick Mahomes took the reins, and it doesn’t feel like they’re going to slow down any time soon.
But even if they do, Mahomes has already given the fans some epic memories that will last a lifetime.
That’s especially true for the one lucky Chiefs fan that actually got to hold the Vince Lombardi trophy during their championship-winning parade.
Let’s just say that the legendary quarterback had a little too much to drink, so he may not have realized that he gave the trophy away shortly after taking a selfie with some fans.

Needless to say, this hilarious incident went viral in the blink of an eye, with dozens of people firing memes left and right.
Notably, this isn’t the first time that the Vince Lombardi trophy has been involved in a hilarious incident of this sort.
A couple of years ago, a totally wasted Tom Brady threw the trophy from one boat to the other during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ championship parade, another image that will be immortalized in NFL fans’ memories until the end of time.
Let’s just hope the fan gave the trophy back but even if they didn’t, you know Pat will hold it again many more times in his career.
