The NFL Draft is rapidly approaching.
Teams have started to conduct their Pro Days, which allow prospects an additional opportunity to showcase their skills.
This event has gotten increasingly popular, especially for quarterbacks.
Over the past several seasons, quarterbacks have toned back their efforts at the NFL Combine, saving themselves for these Pro Days.
CJ Stroud is one of the top prospects in the upcoming draft and is widely believed to be the number one overall pick in April.
Ahead of his Pro Day, Dan Orlovsky has commented on Stroud’s mechanics, particularly noting that his throwing style is “smooth.”

Stroud’s time at Ohio State was filled with remarkable throws.
Many believe that he will fit right into an NFL offense, even though Ohio State quarterbacks have traditionally had a difficult time in the NFL.
Ultimately, Stroud’s Pro Day is more of a formality than anything, especially considering the Carolina Panthers’ interest in him.
The Panthers have recently moved up to the first overall draft spot after a massive trade with the Chicago Bears.
Will this Pro Day make a difference in the team’s opinions of Stroud?
During the combine, Stroud measured in at 6-foot-3 and 218 pounds.
He is significantly taller than Bryce Young, who has been labeled as either the first or second-best quarterback option in this class, depending on who you ask.
In his final season at Ohio State, Stroud threw for 3,688 yards, 41 touchdowns, and just six interceptions.
Will Stroud’s game translate to the NFL as many around the league are anticipating?
