On Thursday, the American League and National League All-Star Game starters were revealed.

For the National League, one of those starters was Arizona Diamondbacks rookie Corbin Carroll.

Carroll made his major league debut late last season and is in the conversation for the National League Rookie of the Year Award.

Carroll is hitting .290 with 17 home runs, 44 RBIs and a .926 OPS.

The support Carroll received from the D-Backs fans hasn’t gone unnoticed either.

On Twitter, Carroll’s mother, Pey-Lin Carroll, posted a message thanking D-Backs fans for their support and expressing her excitement for the opportunity to see her son start the All-Star Game.

Carroll has proven to be one of the best players in all of baseball this season.

After making his debut last season, he helped lead the D-Backs on an impressive run that has them atop the NL West with the second-best record in the NL behind the Atlanta Braves. .

Now, you will have the opportunity to do something special.

Carroll is a native of Seattle, where the All-Star Game is taking place this year.

The game will take place on Tuesday, July 11 at T-Mobile Park.

In a sense, Carroll will enjoy a nice homecoming come All-Star week.

But perhaps no one is more excited about this opportunity than his mother, who has watched her son work incredibly hard throughout his life to achieve his dreams and become one of baseball’s brightest young stars.

And it’s safe to say that she is one proud mom.
