If you happen to love McDonalds, you may be wondering what other food could be made using some of your favorite menu options. If you happen to have some McDonalds on hand, you could easily turn it into some pasta.
A chef recently posted on TikTok showing how she transforms an average happy meal into a gourmet pasta and everyone is losing their minds over it.
The video has over 1 million views and over 100,000 reactions on TikTok. Most people felt that the food looked gross, and didn’t think it deserved to be called gourmet.
They pointed out that you have to use gourmet ingredients to get a gourmet result, and that’s just not possible with McDonalds.
Others thought that she took a lot of food and turned it into a very small dish.
While the chef likely assumed that McDonalds lovers would enjoy seeing their favorite foods turned into something a little more mature and unique, it seemed to get the opposite reaction.
Fans of McDonalds thought the chef should have left the food alone and felt that turning it into something different was a disgrace to McDonalds.
Not everyone thought it looked bad though, some people admitted that they would be willing to try it and even commended the chef for her efforts to take something as common and simple as a McDonalds meal and then turning it into something so different.
The chef herself seemed to enjoy it and she even gave the meal a 10 out of 10.
Of course, this may inspire other chefs to try to turn common fast food meals into other recipes, but hopefully McDonalds sticks to what it knows best and leaves the pasta recipes to the Italian restaurants.
Would you try this dish?
With hopefully less grease & salt, this can only be a step up when it comes to the health benefits of a @McDonalds meal.

Sometimes I ponder how our species got to the point that someone thought it was a good idea to tweet the words “Ruthkanda Forever.” Then I look at the trending topics and see “Parkland Father Interrupts Biden Speech” right next to “Chef Turns McDonalds Fries into Pasta,”

I have never been to McDonalds except 30 years ago to purchase Happy Meals for my son. I eat healthy. No chain restaurants. Cook or eat out healthy. That pasta looks awful.
