The Cleveland Cavaliers have turned the situation around with two consecutive victories against the Charlotte Hornets and Miami Heat after chaining five losses, which allows them to recover their position in the upper zone of the Eastern Conference. The wake-up call given by JB Bickerstaff seems to have worked but the franchise will not miss any opportunity to improve the team and confirm their status as alternatives in the East.
Regarding seeking reinforcements in the market, the journalist from hoopshypeMichael A. Scotto, has shared that the Ohio franchise could move Cedi Osman before the trade deadline February. The Turkish international has lost weight in the rotation and the likes of Caris LeVert, Isaac Okoro and Lamar Stevens are receiving increased confidence from Bickerstaff.
Osman’s $7.4 million salary can easily fit into most trade negotiations. Next season he will pocket 6.7 million, which will be an added attraction for various NBA franchises.
In this first month of the regular season, Osman is averaging 8.8 points and 21.0 minutes per game, his lowest numbers since his rookie year.
