The legendary career of Albert Pujols may be over, but that doesn’t mean that he isn’t still around to share some words of wisdom.
He is currently fulfilling his 10-year personal services contract with the Los Angeles Angels.
After 10 years with the Halos and a brief stop with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pujols returned to the St. Louis Cardinals for one last ride with his good friend, Yadier Molina.
It was a memorable ride, as Pujols got hot in the second half and reached 700 home runs.
On Thursday, Pujols stopped by the Cardinals spring training complex in Jupiter, Florida and took a moment to meet with his former manager Oliver Marmol and teammate Brendan Donovan.

The farewell tour may be over, but Pujols is still around to share some knowledge.
Donovan and the rest of the Cardinals certainly learned a lot from Pujols and were lucky to have him around in 2022.
They got a chance to enjoy a fun farewell tour for him and Molina that resulted in an NL Central title, their first since 2019 and 13th overall.
Pujols had his best season since 2011, hitting 24 home runs with a .270 average and putting on a show in the second half.
But Pujols’ impact on the Cardinals can still be felt.
Players such as Donovan, Juan Yepez, Nolan Gorman, Dylan Carlson, and Tyler O’Neill learned some valuable lessons from the future Hall-of-Famer.
Pujols clearly still holds St. Louis and the Cardinals in high regard and his impact on the team will be felt for years to come.
