The Washington Commanders are for sale, which is largely part of the current investigation into Dan Snyder.

Snyder has owned the Commanders since 1999, but, if recent rumors are any indication, that is soon about to change.

Recently, a group has submitted a bid for the Commanders, which includes former NBA legend Magic Johnson.

The Commanders haven’t had a winning season in seven years, and haven’t won a playoff game in nearly 20 years.

However, franchises of major sports teams don’t often go up for sale.

Even though the Commanders haven’t had great success as of late, a sports team is still a hot commodity.

Johnson isn’t the first former athlete to throw their hat in the ring for ownership of a team, and he himself already has an ownership stake in the Los Angeles Dodgers.

In fact, Michael Jordan has been an owner of the Charlotte Hornets for quite some time.

Aaron Rodgers is a part-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks, and Patrick Mahomes is a part-owner of many Kansas City teams, including the Royals.

The sports industry is constantly evolving and seems to be a constant and consistent stream of revenue.

Johnson and his group have reportedly met Snyder’s asking price, which has been set at $6 billion.

While there hasn’t been a public timeline set in terms of when this transaction will happen, many around the league believe that it will be a quick process.

The team would like to move on, getting everything straightened out before the 2023 season begins.

Will Johnson’s group have a high enough bid to be able to buy the Commanders?
