The Buffalo Bills continue to make moves to improve their roster.

They have fallen short of Super Bowl expectations the past few seasons.

But, that will not stop them from making moves that benefit both sides of the ball.

One of the big moves they made on defense was re-signing safety Jordan Poyer.

He has been a leader of their defense for years, and an essential part of their success.

But, the Bills added some more depth at safety as well.

According to Adam Schefter, the Bills have agreed to a one-year deal with Taylor Rapp.

While Rapp is not an elite player, he can play a solid role in their defense.

Also, in a league full of injuries, Rapp is a good backup safety to have.

For the Bills, they realize playing solid defense will be critical for their Super Bowl chances.

Having to face Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow just to get to the big game will be no easy task.

Those are the two teams that knocked the Bills out of the playoffs the past two years.

Plus, the quarterback play in the AFC East will be substantially tougher in 2023.

If Aaron Rodgers gets traded to the New York Jets, that will make for one competitive division.

Buffalo has everything in place to be one of the best teams in the AFC.

But, they have to show that they can get it done in the playoffs this year.
