MLB Analyst Notes The Legends Of This Era

Our grandparents enjoyed sports stars such as Ted Williams, Wilt Chamberlain, Jim Brown, Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Jackie Robinson, Willie Mays, and Yogi Berra.

The next generation enjoyed Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Michael Jordan’s early days, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Larry Bird, Hank Aaron, Pete Rose, and Nolan Ryan.

Those are all world-class MLB, NBA, and NFL talents that, if you are 30 or younger, you probably didn’t quite enjoy live or on TV.

However, there is no shame in that.

In fact, the current younger generation has witnessed some of the best athletes of all-time.

“The fact that our generation has been able to watch guys like LeBron James, Mike Trout, Tom Brady, Clayton Kershaw, Albert Pujols, etc. nearly every single day of our lives. Idk about y’all but I feel pretty damn lucky,” MLB analyst Danny Vietti tweeted.

Take some time to digest those names and really understand how lucky we have been.

James is a top-two player in history, some might even say the absolute best.

He just broke Abdul-Jabbar’s old scoring record and is now, truly, the King.

Brady recently retired with seven (!) Super Bowl rings, and we just witnessed Pujols hit his 700th home run as a 42-year-old veteran last year.

In addition to those names, we are also witnessing the young stars building their legacy: Luka Doncic, Patrick Mahomes, Fernando Tatis Jr., Juan Soto, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Corbin Burnes, Aaron Judge, and many others.

It’s really an exciting time to be a sports fan of the major American sports.

Let’s sit back and enjoy them blossom into all-time greats.
