Versatility and defense are being two highly demanded virtues at the close of the market. And if the player who has both characteristics is accompanied by a friendly contract, the potential interest of the teams is substantially amplified.
A little over a week ago, the journalist from yahoo sports, Jake Fischer, reported that the Houston Rockets had begun listening to trade offers for Jae’Sean Tate. Now that only 24 hours separate the league from the ‘trade deadline’Several teams interested in taking over their services have leaked.
According to the journalist The Athletic, Kelly Iko, Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards have expressed interest in closing a trade for Tate before the market closes. The Rockets have not actively proposed to part with the player but they will listen to all offers received. If one suits your wishes, they will not hesitate to close an agreement.
Tate, 27, has only been able to play 16 games this season due to an ankle injury that kept him sidelined for the first half of the season. However, the player maintains a great poster in the NBA thanks to his defensive qualities. The forward is in the first year of a three-year, $20.6 million contract.
