On May 29, Liam Hendriks officially made his return to the Chicago White Sox.
He had missed the first two months of the season recovering from cancer.
However, the veteran closer is now cancer-free and is back with the White Sox.
On Tuesday, he got a chance to relive the moment where he made his return against the Los Angeles Angels after his long and arduous battle with cancer.
As he watched the video, Hendriks reacted to some of the things he saw and discussed what it meant for him to finally be back after a two-month absence.

The first thing Hendriks noticed was his wife screaming at the home plate umpire when he missed a call.
Hendriks reacted by laughing and even said that the moment truly explains why he and his wife are married.
But the veteran right-hander talked about what it meant to be back and receive such a warm hand from the crowd.
He mentioned how when he comes into games, he typically likes to carry himself with a very stoic attitude.
However, this time, Hendriks was overcome with emotion.
The three-time All-Star expressed his gratitude to the White Sox and the fans for their unwavering support over what had been a long and challenging journey.
He also talked about what it meant to him to see Matt Thaiss not step into the batter’s box, to let the fans welcome him back.
Hendriks expressed his gratitude towards Thaiss for his classy gesture.
