The trade between the Miami Marlins and Minnesota Twins that sent Luis Arraez to Miami for Pablo Lopez appears to have worked out just fine for both teams involved.
The Marlins have especially benefited from having Arraez in their lineup.
The team is 26-26 and sits just one game back of the New York Mets for the final NL Wild Card spot.
But Arraez has picked up right where he left off from a year ago when he won the AL batting title.
In fact, Arraez has the highest on-base percentage of any player in the National League, reaching base at a .426 clip.
MLB Network posted a graphic on Twitter, which shows Arraez leading the pack.

Other players on the list include Juan Soto, Wade LaMonte Jr, Ronald Acuna Jr, Paul Goldschmidt, and Ian Happ.
But Arraez stands alone at the top of the list.
The young offensive star broke into the Major Leagues with the Twins back in 2019 and helped guide the team to two consecutive AL Central titles.
In addition to his batting title, he has earned a Silver Slugger Award and an All-Star nod.
In addition to his high on-base percentage, Arraez is hitting at a .374 clip with a home run, 19 RBI, 17 runs scored, and an OPS of .893.
Arraez’s lead over Soto on the list of the top on-base percentages in the National League is slim, but the Marlins star has provided a spark for a team that appears to be on the rise and taking steps toward relevance.
